If you have any questions please contact me before you place an order. For the best quality products the images must be in a JPEG, AI, Vector or SVG format depending on the project. You can upload your image files on the contact page, or at the bottom of the webpage.

About the Creative Process:
Your product(s) will be designed with your image, a proof will be sent for your approval. I may contact you to collaborate ideas while in the designing stages. After approval your product(s) will go into production, and you will be notified when finished and ready for delivery. Typical production times are 1-2 weeks, 3-4 weeks during the holiday season.
Delivery options: In most cases drop off/pick up delivery will be available at no extra cost, based on location. Shipping options will be calculated at checkout.

About Sublimation:
Sublimation works best and is most visible on white or light-colored garments. Because the gaseous dye used in the process can be contaminated by the color of colored or black fibers, it will not be visible. When you directly sublimate on shirts with dark colors, let's say, a black polyester shirt, the print won't be visible. For the best sublimation transfer, it is recommended to use 100% polyester white or grey shirts.
About Vinyl:
Craft vinyl comes in different types, including adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl (HTV). Adhesive vinyl is self-adhesive and can be applied to many surfaces without heat including glass, wood, metal, paper, and plastic, while HTV is applied with heat and can be used on fabrics such as T-shirts and other heat-resistant materials.

The process of translating their vision into a tangible, meaningful keepsake is truly rewarding.
